As a direct output from the workshop in Oaxaca, we have published a paper as a chapter in a book. The paper "Assessing Socio-hydrological Resilience in Urban Metropolitan Environments: A Mexican Perspective" looks at traditional and novel approaches to water management in Mexico. We define a set of socio-hydrological indicators, based on water security, social, and hydrological aspects, that may be used to assess the resilience of urban environments to future change.
